Amanda W.I love your meal plans! Since I’ve been using them my cravings for crap food have gone out the window. I do have to, of course, modify them but that’s the general idea anyway. KP, 55The meal plan takes the work out of trying to figure out what to make and purchase every week. It saves me lots of time and worry when its time to grocery shop and it actually makes it fun to prepare meals! I now look forward and enjoy shopping for groceries. With losing 8 pounds in two weeks, I’m really excited to see where I end up in the next few months.
Catherine, 50I love my meal plans! I have been so happy with this service. The meals are delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare. My favorite part, aside from the great meals, is the shopping list you get each week. I am super jazzed about this as all the work is done for me. I just go through the list, check off what I have and am left with only the items I need to shop for. SO. EASY. Eating healthy has been made easy. Since I’ve made the commitment to doing this, AND combining exercise and being faithful with that, I’ve lost 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I’m so happy I’ve done this!
