Annual Meal Plan Subscription
WTE? Meal Plans are designed by a Registered dietitian and come with 5 days of meals and snacks (cookies included!). They’re healthy, gluten-free, lower in calories (1500-1800) and balanced in macronutrients. There’s a minimum of 100 grams of protein and carbs. Nutritional data is available in each plan and recipe.
You receive your new meal plan + grocery list via email by Friday 8 am CST each week. Each recipe and full day provides nutritional breakdown + is guaranteed nutritionally balanced (low in sugar + high in protein).
