A sneak peak of what’s on next week’s What To Eat Meal Plans (July 29 – August 4) for meal plan subscribers! All meal plans include customizable (online) scheduling to customize the plans to your lifestyle and needs. Auto-generated shopping lists are created after you schedule your meals.
All meal plans are a minimum of 1600-1800 calories (safe for weight loss or weight maintenance) and include macronutrient data. Each day has a minimum of 100 grams of protein, are lower in carbohydrates and balanced with healthy fats.
Plans are RD approved. All meals are easy and delicious!
Subscription meal plans include 5 days of a different breakfast, lunch and dinner. This allows you flexibility to choose which meal plans works best for you and what you like. Snacks are included and stay the same all 5 days. This prevents you from buying more food than you need.
While we believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, we came up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals while maintaining the right nutrition. This is key! Many online FREE meal plans do not guarantee the right macronutrient balance and we do.
All meal plans are gluten free, or have gluten free substitutions. You don’t have to eat gluten free though. The auto-generated grocery list is comprehensive and links each recipe to each item on the list so you know what you’re buying evey food for!
Last, What To Eat Meal Plans provide a general template that is flexible and realistic. There’s plenty of wiggle room for substitutions and fun nights or days out! Our private Facebook group allows members to ask for advice on menu swap or tips on eating out.
