The reason we created What to Eat? Meal Plans was because we couldn’t find an existing meal planning company that met our criteria for recommending to nutrition coaching clients.
We wanted them to be macro-based (post coming soon on this), gluten-free (post coming soon on this as well), and convenient. The last one is just as important as the first two. Healthy eating is often not sustainable because of the time and cost invested, making it more convenient is the key to being successful!
Our meal plans are easy and straightforward enough to use that you won’t be burdened by meal planning, you will be freed! After a few weeks on our meal plans, you will wonder how you ever did your grocery shopping in the past, that’s how easy they are!
